A new bill just landed
Start with Start Here, Build File, and First Call. Slow the account down before anyone starts talking money.
Insurance seems to be driving the balance
Go to Your Rights, then Insurance. Do not pay your way through a claim problem.
A collector is already involved
Go straight to Collections. Ask for proof before you explain yourself or pay.
